Step Two: Find a great pair of running sneaks and make sure to lace up tight. If you're like Flo, you never know when you'll have to run from the lies you've been spreading to other girls.
Step Three: Blue socks, because why the hell not.
Step Four: Stretch, baby! Use home furniture like this bedpost to get a good workout within the comfort of your own home. Feel that burn.
